Resize PDF pages to bring pages of different sizes into the same format for easy printing or sharing. You can choose A3, A4, A5, Letter, Legal, or keep the current size, then set Portrait or Landscape orientation. The 80%, 90%, and 100% scales help leave extra space around the content or maintain the maximum size. They are especially useful when printers often cut off content near the edges.
This tool changes the page frame and content scale but does not reflow text like an editor. When converting a wide multi-column page to portrait orientation, the text may become smaller, or the page may have extra space. Before mass printing, check the widest page, pages with charts, and pages with footers. Keeping the current size is suitable when you only need to change orientation or reduce content to 80% or 90%.

Frequently asked questions
KEEP maintains the current page size, while A4 sets all pages to the A4 frame. You can still choose the page orientation and content scale when keeping the size. KEEP is suitable if the source size is already correct but the content needs to be scaled down; A4 is suitable when you want to standardize a document that has Letter, A5, or multiple mixed sizes.
The 80% option shrinks the content within the page frame, which does not automatically reduce the image quality like compression. However, text and details will appear smaller when viewed or printed at the same paper size. For forms with small boxes, try 90% first and check both readability and the positioning of filled information.
The orientation option determines the output page frame, but it should not be seen as a tool for reformatting a document. Wide content can be scaled to fit the frame and become smaller. If the goal is only to rotate a page that is oriented incorrectly, a PDF rotation tool would be more suitable; resizing is intended for standardizing page size.
