Learn about this tool
PDF merge allows you to combine contracts, appendices, invoices, or parts of documents from multiple files into a complete version. Select the PDFs you want to use, arrange each file up or down using the arrow buttons, then start processing. The resulting PDF file contains the documents in the exact order of the input list.
When receiving a single file, readers will find it easier to open, save, and forward compared to checking multiple separate files one by one. Before merging, you should check the file names, sizes, and previews to avoid selecting the wrong version. The tool can process many PDFs in one go. If the list is long, number the files in the names beforehand for easier reference.

Join the main contract, annexes, and related minutes into one document to send to the partner.
Merge invoices or receipts by month so that the accounting department can easily store and review them.

Frequently asked questions
Files are joined in the order shown in the list. Before processing, you can use the up or down arrow buttons next to each file name to change their position. Be sure to check both the first and the last file because the tool does not automatically infer the order based on content or page numbers.
No. The tool only combines the documents into one PDF and does not have options to standardize paper size, page orientation, or margins. Therefore, A4, Letter, and scanned pages of different sizes may still look uneven. If a consistent layout is needed, resize the pages before or after merging.
The merge screen does not have an option to select individual pages for each input file. The entire selected document will be included in the result in the order listed. If you only need a few pages from a file, use Extract Pages or Delete Pages first, then merge the edited file with the remaining PDFs.
Access expires after one hour and cleanup runs every five minutes. Download any results you need before they expire.
