Learn about this tool
Fixing PDF errors tries to restore the structure when the reader reports errors, a page doesn't load fully, or another process rejects the file. The tool has no technical parameters. You select a PDF, then the system generates a result copy from the readable part of the structure. This method can be tried before asking the sender to re-export the document, especially for files that were not fully saved by older software.
Not all corrupted files can be recovered. If image data or content is lost, reconstructing the structure cannot create the parts that are no longer in the file. Even if the repaired version can be opened, links, forms, signatures, or special layers may still change. After downloading the result, compare the number of pages, check the first and last pages, and look for unusual blank areas. Important information should be verified with the original copy or the sender.
Try reconstructing the structure before requesting the document to be sent again.
Create a more standardized version to try the submission process again.
Check whether the repaired structure allows the reader to load all remaining pages with data.

Frequently asked questions
The reference structure may be restored while the original image data is missing, truncated, or corrupt and unreadable. The tool can rebuild the parts that are still valid but cannot recreate content that is no longer in the file. Find a backup, reload from the source, or ask the sender to export a new PDF.
It should not be done before checking. Compare page numbers, texts, images, appendices, and important operational details. If the document has a digital signature, forms, or links, they need to be verified separately because the reconstruction process may affect them. The source export version is still more reliable when it can be obtained.
No. Passwords and encryption are protection mechanisms, not structural errors to fix. This tool is not designed to remove or guess passwords. If you have access but forgot the password, find an unencrypted version, contact the owner, or use the authorized recovery process from the document issuer.
Access expires after one hour and cleanup runs every five minutes. Download any results you need before they expire.
