Learn about this tool
Organizing a PDF helps you rearrange the reading order of a file before sending or storing it. Upload a PDF and then enter the new page sequence like 3,1,2,4-6. The result takes the pages in that exact order, allowing you to place the cover, summary table, or appendix in the correct position without having to split and then merge the file.
The tool uses a list of page numbers instead of drag-and-drop thumbnails. Compare the preview with the actual page positions because the printed page numbers may not match the technical positions in the PDF. Pages not appearing in the sequence may be excluded from the result. If you only want to rearrange without cutting any content, enter all pages that need to be kept.
Arrange the summary pages, main contract, and appendix in an order suitable for the recipient.
Use a list of page numbers to put the sheets scanned in the wrong order back into the correct reading order.
Move the pages that need to be reviewed to the beginning of a long document so that the reviewer can grasp the content earlier.

Frequently asked questions
Both tools create a new PDF from the list of page numbers you enter. Organize PDF aims to prepare a complete set of documents before sending, while Rearrange pages describes the same operation according to the need to change positions. If you need to completely delete a group of pages without listing the remaining part, use Delete pages. If you just want to take a few pages, use Extract pages.
Currently, the interface only accepts a string of page numbers and does not have a drag-and-drop thumbnail table. Preview the PDF to identify the technical positions and then enter the new order. This method is quick when you already know the pattern, for example putting page 5 at the beginning and keeping pages 1-4 and from page 6 to the end the same.
That page may appear multiple times in the results if the system keeps the list you submitted unchanged. Only repeat the number if you want to duplicate a page. For a clean copy, check the sequence before processing and compare the positions in the preview with the page numbers in the content.
Access expires after one hour and cleanup runs every five minutes. Download any results you need before they expire.
