Learn about this tool
Delete appropriate PDF pages when a document has a few extra pages, such as drafts, separator pages, or mistakenly sent content. Choose a PDF and then enter the positions to remove. Use commas for separate pages and hyphens for consecutive ranges. The tool creates a new copy without the specified pages, while other pages remain in their original order.
Before deleting, compare the preview version instead of just looking at the printed numbers in the document, because the cover and table of contents can cause the two numbering methods not to match. For a large range to remove, entering 8-15 will be clearer and less error-prone than listing individual numbers. If you only want to keep a few pages, using Extract Pages will be more convenient.

Eliminate pages that were scanned twice while keeping the rest in the same order.
Delete unnecessary introductory pages from reference materials to help readers focus.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Enter the selections in the same box and separate them with commas, for example 2,5-8,11. This string will delete page 2, pages from 5 to 8, and page 11. Make sure all numbers are within the document's range. Review before processing to avoid confusing PDF page positions with printed page numbers.
Pages that are not selected will still follow the original order, but their position in the resulting file will change after other pages are removed. The tool does not automatically rearrange content based on headings. If you want to both delete pages and create a completely new sequence, use Reorder Pages and enter the full desired list.
The resulting file does not have an undo button to reinsert deleted pages. Keep the source PDF until you open and check the new version. If you accidentally delete pages, start over from the original file with the corrected page list. Do not overwrite the only saved copy before finishing the comparison.
Access expires after one hour and cleanup runs every five minutes. Download any results you need before they expire.
